Our administrative assistants are the glue of our professional operations. They are responsible for providing administrative support to our internal clients and working as part of the core admin team to help achieve the team goals. No two days will ever be the same. Administrative responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following: preparing client written communications and documents; client project administration; organizing & scanning client documents and file management; preparing digital and printed client tax paperwork for distribution to the IRS, the appropriate states and the client; assisting with the billing and collection management process; setting up new client records; and ad hoc reporting.
Greets internal and external clients with a warm and professional disposition while addressing needs with a sense of urgency and priority
Fosters and builds positive relationships within the team, the Firm, and with clients
Works closely with assigned internal clients to help them provide world-class client services through anticipating their needs, keeping them organized, and working directly with clients on assigned tasks
Effectively and proactively communicates internally and with clients, both written and oral, as needed
Cross-trains in other department service areas to provide back-up support as needed
Works within the core admin team to perform various tasks and special projects as required or as assigned

3 to 5 years of relevant professional experience
Proficient in MS Office Suite, Internet, and Adobe Systems, ability to learn Firm software quickly
Prior experience in a public accounting firm preferred
Seasonal overtime is required, including nights and weekends – March/April, September/October, as needed for projects
35 hour work week during non-busy season
